I was so looking forward to 2014 starting.
2013 was probably the hardest year I have ever lived thus far.
With all the health issues that plagued me and my boy, the endless doctor and therapist appointments it was not so hard to let 2013 go.
Finally getting my health all in order and the boy on a wonderful track, 2014 was looking to be super awesome.
Then the day after Christmas hit and so did this horrible cold virus.
My boy went down with 104 temp but I was still going strong, after 2 days, not so strong and after 4 days laryngitis hit, the chills and coughing were non-stop. But here it is now the first night of 2014 and we are feeling better.
I am hoping that after one more really good night of sleep it will be gone.
As for crafting, I got a lot projects to finish up. On the small scale finishing some much needed sewing, crocheting my first pair of socks
and taking part in Crochet Mood Blanket 2014. I think it will be interesting to see my color choices and mood for 365 days in crochet square form.
Lets hope I can keep up. I am not a granny square kinda gal so I am just single crocheting squares. I love simple lines and I find SC very relaxing.
So anyway this first night of 2014 wasn't what I had planned but plans have never worked in life for me so no resolutions or plans for this year, more of just living free and seeing where it takes me day by day
