October's Eve

It is upon us, my favorite time of year.
We celebrated with visiting the pumpkin patch this October's Eve.
Games, bounce houses, hayrides and of course pumpkins.

Yes it is 100* out so I opted for corduroy shorts and boots.

The glow of the orange pumpkins under the string lights.

A bright full harvest moon to light up our Jack O'lanterns by.

 Some homemade Jack O'lantern art

It was a beautiful day spent with family having fun.  Wish you all a most wonderful October to come.

These photos really make me wish I had a pumpkin patch nearby! With all the rain we've had it's been so difficult to appreciate the beginning of autumn, hopefully it clears up and the colours brighten soon!

What a lovely day you must've had Amy. I adore that photo of your little man sitting amongst the pumpkins :-) Look at that sweet little face ! !
The stripey pumpkins in photo 7 - I have just planted some seeds of these as love them.
Pumpkins & gourds are one of the things I love about autumn. Julie Xox

100 degrees, oh goodness. You have to use plenty of imagination to get into the autumn spirit don't you. A million pumpkins certainly must help. Hope it cools for you soon. Sending you a snowball thru the internet.
