Dear August,
I really dislike you. There I have said it. This is my most hated month of the year.
I am tired of being hot, and cooped up in the house. I am tired of wearing almost nothing everyday.
I long for sweaters and boots, jeans and layers.
August, you tease me with all this new fall fashion but yet none of it is available until my beloved September.
I want cool evenings to sit outside, I want smells of fall to fill my days. I dream of opening windows and turning off this air conditioning.
August please go quickly and take the heat with you.
This is the month I start drooling over fall fashions and lusting for the best fall accessories.
I did find the most comfortable sweater, Free People.

I know it will be almost November before my Fall comes but at least once August is passed it will start slightly cooling down under 100*, which will lead to cooler evenings :)

Girlfriend, I feel your pain. I have stopped complaining of the desert heat. I give up, it's hot and it's just not fun being outside at all.

I always feel like this in July here in Minnesota...it was our 2nd hottest on record this year...but in August it starts to cool down here and I start to long for fall, too!

Well, I actually prefer the bag you got, it's darling!
I'm a Fall girl all the way, of course you know this by now.........I dream of crisp cool days of sunshine and falling leaves, I dream of the nights getting longer and starting fires in the fireplace.
I'm off to check out that adorable sweater!

Amen!!! I keep seeing all of these fall fashions and everyone is teasing about autumn (looking forward to autumn) on their blogs, and it is 96 degrees here with 100% humidity!!!! I feel like someone slaps me with a hot wet rag every time I walk outside!!! :/
